BOOKING POLICY Our sessions are small and every seat matters to the group. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. • Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • If plans change and you contact us before the 48 hour window, we will issue store credit. • Inside the 48 hour window, we are unable to offer store credit or rescheduling. *Included in Member Open Play sessions based on tier.
